Leasing Information

River Plantation Section 3 has a maximum rental ratio of 25%. The maximum rental ratio has been reached, and homeowners that wish to lease their condos must get on the rental waitlist. Condos may not be purchased and immediately leased at this time.

 

***THE STEPS BELOW MUST BE TAKEN EACH TIME A CHANGE IN TENANTS OCCURS***

1. Investor-owners are required to provide the name of the tenant(s), contact info for the tenant(s), and the lease dates each time a change in tenants occurs is entered.

2. A $150 rental registration fee is to be paid to DF&A each time a change in tenants occurs. This fee is charged to individual investor-owners (not the Association), and investor-owners may choose to charge this fee back to their tenants.
